Report on implemented promotional activity for trainings

Dana 15.05.2019. su prof. Dr. Nebojša Arsić, dekan, prof.dr. Srđan Jović, prodekan i Aleksandra Petrovic, Erasmus+ Officer, na zajedničkom sastanku sa načelnikom Kosovsko-Mitrovičkog okruga g-dinom Vasom Jelićem u cilju da bi se predstavnicima lokalnih samouprava i javnih sluzbi, predstavlile aktivnosti u okviru Erasmus+ projekta NatRisk i izvrsila promocija obuke gradjanstva i javnog sektora.

NatRisk Erasmus + projekat je 2016. godine podržan od strane EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) i traje tri godine. Partnerske institucije iz zemalja Evropske unije su University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (Austrija); Middlesex University Higher Education Corporation, London  (Velika Britanija); University of Messina, Messina (Italija); Óbuda University, Budapest (Mađarska); Technical University of Crete, Chania (Grčka). Partneri na projektu su Univerzitet u Banja Luci, Univerzitet u Nišu (koordinator projekta), Univerzitet odbrane iz Beograda, Univerzitet u Prištini sa sedištem u Kosovskoj Mitrovici, Kriminalističko-policijska akademija u Beogradu i Visoka tehnička škola strukovnih studija iz Uroševca sa sedištem u Leposaviću.

Cilj NatRisk projekta je  obrazovanje eksperata za prevenciju i upravljanje prirodnim katastrofama u regionu Zapadnog Balkana na osnovu nacionalnih i politika Evropske Unije. Specifični  ciljevi projekta su: Identifikacija prirodnih katastrofa kojima treba upravljati u regionu Zapadnog Balkana i svih aspekata prevencije i posljedica kako bi se definisale konkretne kompetencije budućih stručnjaka; Razvoj i implementacija novih naprednih master kurikuluma u oblasti upravljanja rizicima od prirodnih katastrofa u skladu sa bolonjskim zahtjevima i nacionalnim standardima za akreditaciju; Razvoj treninga za javni sektor i građanstvo za reagovanje u slučaju različitih prirodnih katastrofa.

Na ovom sastanku je ponovo ukazano na potrebu za obrazovanje ovog profila stručnjaka koji je deficitaran u opštinama i regionu severnog Kosova i Metohije i od strane predstavnika projekta i predstavnika  za zajedničkim djelovanjem u sklopu projekta, kao i neophodnosti saradnje radi postizanja postavljenih ciljeva projekta.
Na ovom sastanku je takođe istaknut značaj i korist od treninga koji su njihovi predstavnici imali prošle godine u okviru iste aktivnosti projekta NatRisk. U cilju sveobuhvatnog programa obuke koji je namenjen profesionalcima iz oblasti javnih usluga, sektora za urbanizam u opštinama, javnih komunalnih preduzeća i Vatrogasnih službi ovih opština i regiona, departmana za zaštitu životne sredine, šumarstvo i vodoprivredu, kao i iz vatrogasnih jedinica i uprave za urgentne situacije, region i Lokalne samouprave će  odrediti službenike koji nisu učestvovali na predhodnom treningu i organizovati dolazak na Fakult tehničkih nauka u Kosovskoj Mitrovici. Dvodnevna obuka će biti organizovana 22.i 23. Maja 2019 u prostorijama FTN.






Meeting of UNID NatRisk team and representatives of the Belgrade Fire Brigade


Dana 12. juna 2018. godine su vanr. prof. dr Rade Slavković i pukovnik Saša Stojanović na zajedničkom sastanku sa zamenikom komandanta vatrogasno-spasilačke brigade Beograd, gospodinom Slavišom Karadžićem, predstavnikom Uprave za vatrogasne i spasilačke jedinice, gospodinom Slobodanom Boškovićem i  komandantom vatrogasno-spasilačkog bataljona Zvezdara, gospodinom Draganom Mikovićem, predstavili Erasmus + projekat izgradnje kapaciteta u visokom obrazovanju  NatRisk projekt (Development of master curricula for natural disaster risk management in Western Balkan countries).
Cilj NatRisk projekta je  obrazovanje eksperata za prevenciju i upravljanje prirodnim katastrofama u regionu Zapadnog Balkana na osnovu nacionalnih i politika Evropske Unije. Specifični  ciljevi projekta su: Identifikacija prirodnih katastrofa kojima treba upravljati u regionu Zapadnog Balkana i svih aspekata prevencije i posljedica kako bi se definisale konkretne kompetencije budućih stručnjaka; Razvoj i implementacija novih naprednih master kurikuluma u oblasti upravljanja rizicima od prirodnih katastrofa u skladu sa bolonjskim zahtjevima i nacionalnim standardima za akreditaciju; Razvoj obuke za javni sektor i građanstvo za reagovanje u slučaju različitih prirodnih katastrofa.
Na sastanku je izražen interes i od strane predstavnika projekta i predstavnika Sektora za vanredne situacije za zajedničkim djelovanjem u sklopu projekta, te neophodnosti saradnje radi postizanja postavljenih ciljeva projekta. Prilikom posete predstavnici vatrogasno-spasilačke brigade su objasnili način funkcionisanja i upoznali predstavnike projekta sa opremom kojom raspolažu za reagovanje u slučaju različitih prirodnih katastrofa, a posebno u slučaju požara. Dogovoren je prikaz sredstava za gašenje požara i demonstracija postupka za slučaj požara  (vežba) u okviru realizacije obuke građanstva i javnog sektora u Školi nacionalne odbrene i Vojnoj akademiji Univerziteta odbrane u Beogradu,  14. juna 2018. godine.
On June 12th 2018, assos. prof. Rade Slavkovic and colonel Sasa Stojanovic  presented the Erasmus+ Capacity Building higher education NatRisk project (Development of master curricula for natural disaster risk management in Western Balkan countries) at the joint meeting with the Deputy of the Belgrade Fire Brigade and the Deputy Commander of the Belgrade Fire Brigade, Mr. Slavisa Karadzic, the representative of the Directorate for Firefighting and Rescue Units, Mr. Slobodan Boskovic and the commander of the Zvezdara Fire and Rescue Battalion, Mr. Dragan Mikovic.
The objective of the NatRisk project is to educate experts on the prevention and management of natural disasters in the Western Balkans region based on national and European Union policies. The specific objectives of the project are: Identification of natural disasters to be managed in the Western Balkans region and all aspects of prevention and consequences in order to define the specific competencies of future experts; Development and implementation of new advanced master curriculum in the field of risk management from natural disasters in accordance with Bologna requirements and national accreditation standards; Development of training for the public sector and citizens for responding in case of various natural disasters.
All representatives expressed interest in collaboration in joint activities within the project, as well as the necessity of cooperation in order to achieve the set goals of the project. During the visit, representatives of the fire brigade explained the way of functioning and introduced the representatives of the project with the equipment they have to react in case of various natural disasters, especially in the event of a fire. An agreement was reached on the display of fire extinguishers and demonstration of a fire-fighting procedure (exercises) within the realization of training of citizens and the public sector at the National Education School and the Military Academy of the University of Defense in Belgrade on June 14, 2018.

Meeting of the TCASU NatRisk team and representatives of Directorate of Public Services and Emergency Situations in Leposavić


Dana 27.04.2018. su prof. Predrag Stanojević i prof. Nenad Marković na zajedničkom sastanku sa direktorom Direktorata za javne usluge i vanredne situacije u Leposaviću g-dinom Slobodanom Baraćom, predstavili Erasmus + projekat izgradnje kapaciteta u visokom obrazovanju  NatRisk projekt (Development of master curricula for natural disaster risk management in Western Balkan countries).
NatRisk Erasmus+ projekat je 2016. godine podržan od strane EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) i traje tri godine.
Cilj NatRisk projekta je  obrazovanje eksperata za prevenciju i upravljanje prirodnim katastrofama u regionu Zapadnog Balkana na osnovu nacionalnih i politika Evropske Unije. Specifični  ciljevi projekta su: Identifikacija prirodnih katastrofa kojima treba upravljati u regionu Zapadnog Balkana i svih aspekata prevencije i posljedica kako bi se definisale konkretne kompetencije budućih stručnjaka; Razvoj i implementacija novih naprednih master kurikuluma u oblasti upravljanja rizicima od prirodnih katastrofa u skladu sa bolonjskim zahtjevima i nacionalnim standardima za akreditaciju; Razvoj treninga za javni sektor i građanstvo za reagovanje u slučaju različitih prirodnih katastrofa.
Na sastanku je izražen interes i od strane predstavnika projekta i predstavnika Direktorata za javne usluge i vanredne situacije u Leposaviću za zajedničkim djelovanjem u sklopu projekta, te neophodnosti saradnje radi postizanja postavljenih ciljeva projekta. Također su iznijete i podržane ideje za proširivanje saradnje i kroz druge projekte. Prilikom posete predstavnici Direktorata za javne usluge i vanredne situacije u Leposaviću su obsasnili način funkcionisanja, pripreme i raspoloživost opreme za delovanje u vanrednim situacijama. Dogovoren je program i način obavljanja stručne prakse studenata studijskog programa Upravljanje rizikom od katastrofalnih događaja i požara koji je razvijen u okviru NatRisk projekta

NatRisk Erasmus+ project was supported by EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) and lasts for three years.

It was concluded by all representatives that the joint activities should be taken, as well as the necessity of cooperation in order to achieve the set goals of the project. Ideas for expanding cooperation through other projects were also expanded and supported. During the visit, the representatives of the Directorate for Public Services and Emergency Situations in Leposavic and TCASU discussed the manner of functioning, preparation and availability of emergency equipment and also the program and method of conducting the professional practice of students of the study program Risk management of catastrophic events and fire developed in the framework of the NatRisk project.

Meeting of the UBLs NatRisk teem and Hydrometeorological Institute of Republic of Srpska


Dana 12.04.2018. godine, u dekanatu Fakulteta bezbjednosnih nauka, održan je sastanak NatRisk tima (doc. dr Predrag Ćeranić, Radoslav Ivaniš, ma Milica Sikimić, Slavica Maksimović) sa predstavnicima Hidrometeorološkog zavoda Republike Srpske (direktor Zoran Božović, Darko Borojević). Predstavnici Zavoda prihvatili su inicijativu NatRisk tima Univerziteta u Banjoj Luci za potpisivanjem Ugovora o poslovno-tehničkoj saradnji.

Gostima iz HMZ RS:

  • Detaljnije je predstavljen NatRisk projekat i master studijski program.
  • Predstavljen je program dana treninga za građanstvo koji će se održati 11. maja. Predstavnici Zavoda izrazili su zadovoljstvo i želju da prisustvuju treningu, tako da će ukupno 4 zaposlena u Zavodu prisustvovati treningu. 
  • Razmatrane mogućnosti da zaposleni u Zavodu pohađaju master studije.
  • Razmatran je modus studentske prakse u Zavodu.
  • U sklopu ranije ostvarenih kontakata predstavnici Zavoda podržali su inicijativu NatRsik tima za potpisivanje Ugovora o saradnji.
  • Potpisan je Ugovor o poslovno-tehničkoj saradnji
  • Diskutovana saradnja Zavoda sa drugim Fakultetima na Univerzitetu u Banjoj Luci (PMF, ETF)
On  April 12th 2018, at the Faculty of Security Sciences - University of Banja Luka, was held a meeting of the NatRisk team (doc. Dr. Predrag Ceranic, Radoslav Ivaniš, Milica Sikimić, Slavica Maksimovic) with representatives of the Hydrometeorological Institute of Republic of Srpska (Director Zoran Bozovic, Darko Borojevic). Representatives of the Institute accepted the initiative of the NatRisk teem for signing  the Agreement on business and technical co-operation.  

Topics of the meeting:

  • Presenting NatRisk project and master study programme.
  • Presenting program of training for citizenship, which will take place on May 11th.
  • Representatives of the Institute expressed satisfaction and desire to attend the training, so 4 employees from the Institute will attend the training.
  • Options for the employees of the Institute to attend master program.
  • The mode of student's practice at the Institute.
  • As part of the earlier achieved contacts, representatives of the Institute supported the initiative of the NatRsik team for signing the contract on cooperation.
  • Signed the Agreement on business and technical co-operation.
  • Discussed cooperation between  Institute and other Colleges at the University of Banja Luka.

Meeting of UNI NatRisk team and representatives of RHMSS


Dana 24.04.2018. godine su prof. dr Slaviša Trajković i doc. dr Milan Gocić na zajedničkom sastanku sa predstavnicima Republičkog hidrometeorološkog zavoda Srbije (RHMZ) odeljenja u Nišu, predstavili Erazmus+ projekat izgradnje kapaciteta u visokom obrazovanju NatRisk (Development of master curricula for natural disaster risk management in Western Balkan countries).

Na sastanku je dogovoreno da pet predstavnika RHMZa prisistvuje obuci civilnog sektora koja će biti održana 10. i 11. maja 2018. godine u prostorijama Univerziteta u Nišu. Takođe, predstavnik RHMZa predstaviće ulogu RHMZa u prevenciji prirodnih katastrofa.
On April 24th 2018, prof. Slaviša Trajković and assis. prof. Milan Gocić  presented the Erasmus+ Capacity Building Higher Education NatRisk project (Development of master curricula for natural disaster risk management in Western Balkan countries) at a joint meeting with the representatives of the Republic Hydro-meteorological Service of Serbia (RHMSS) of the Department in Nis.

At the meeting, it was agreed that five representatives of the RHMSS will attend civil sector training that will take place on May 10 and 11 2018, at the premises of the University of Nis. Also, RHMSS representative will present the role of RHMSS in the prevention of natural disasters.

Sastanak UNSA NatRisk tima i predstavnika Civilne zaštite
 

Dana 21.03.2018. su prof.dr Emina Hadžić i doc.dr Hata Milišić na zajedničkom sastanku sa direktorom Kantonalne uprave Civilne zaštite g-dinom Samirom Džihićem i g-đom Elmom Bećirović, predstavili Erasmus + projekat izgradnje kapaciteta u visokom obrazovanju  NatRisk projekt (Development of master curricula for natural disaster risk management in Western Balkan countries).

NatRisk Erasmus + projekat je 2016. godine podržan od strane EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) i traje tri godine. On March 21st 2018 Prof. Emina Hadžić and Assis. Prof. Hata Milišić presented the Erasmus+ Capacity Building Higher Education Project - NatRisk (Development of master curricula for natural disaster risk management in Western Balkan countries) at a joint meeting with the Director of the Civil Protection Administration, Mr. Samir Džihić and Mrs. Elm Bećirović.

NatRisk Erasmus+ project was supported by EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) in 2016 and lasts for three years. Partner institutions from the European Union countries are the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (Austria); Middlesex University Higher Education Corporation, London (UK); University of Messina, Messina (Italy); Óbuda University, Budapest (Hungary); Technical University of Crete, Chania (Greece). In addition to the University of Sarajevo, the partner in the project from Bosnia and Herzegovina is the University of Banja Luka. Partners from Serbia are the University of Nis (Project Coordinator), the University of Defence from Belgrade, the University of Pristina based in Kosovska Mitrovica, the Criminal Police Academy in Belgrade, and the Technical College of Applied Sciences Urosevac with temporary seat in Leposavic.
